  • does different culture effect a good tip

  1. Yes, this will work fine! Lots of issues to get into. Also maybe something about paying with credit card–stats, history, security issues? Stats on average tips left in different parts of country maybe? The pay issue (why wait staff have to rely on tips) is especially interesting–there have been some recent proposals to do away with tips, and some upscale restaurants in this country, I think, have recently adopted no-tips policy (building it into cost of meal).
